Spatial perception and its artistic transcription in the professional curriculum program RVP 36-47-M/01 in the field of construction
Koubek Michaličková, Magdalena ; Kafková, Helena (advisor) ; Stempel, Ján (referee) ; Slavík, Jan (referee)
The dissertation delas with the curriculum, its modeling and its research. The designed protocols provide feedback in the case studies of multiple case studies of the implemented curriculum in the Architectural drawing subject. The main tasks were to provide SPŠS students with basic knowledge of three- dimensional drawing, which provided them with the current basics for sketching, including the acquisition of linear perspective. Furthermore, incorporate into the teaching of the current and applicable content of the subject matter from the still valid high school textbook of Professional Drawing. To purposefully develop spatial imagination using tasks where the position of the observer is deliberately changed. To support the creative aspect of the subject in tasks in which students get to know creative techniques. To offer such a wide range of tasks that each of the students, according to their typological inclinations, can find the area in which they can improve further. Key words 3D drawing; architectural drawing; architectural sketching; linear perspective, spatial expression
Renaissance concept of perspective and ways of its presentation
PROCHÁZKA, Jan
The bachelor thesis consists of theoretical part and practical part. The theoretical part will cover the perspective basics, especially the invention of so called linear or analytical perspective in renaissance. The text will also tackle didactic approach to this issue. The practical part builds on the theoretical part. It's aim is to create a serie of three presentation boards (minimal size - A1), which will intelligibly and freshly summarize the theme of linear - analytical perspective, and also present a graphic approach, which will be attractive for pupils in lower-secondary schools. The work will take into account the pursuit of a new didactic approach and quality graphic design.
Anaglyphs and their application in teaching stereometry
Matěková, Radka ; Surynková, Petra (advisor) ; Šarounová, Alena (referee)
My bachelor thesis Anaglyphs and their application in teaching stereometry deals with anaglyphs and their creation. It gives information about linear perspective, which is necessary for the creation of anaglyphs. The terms of linear perspective are explained as well as the methods we can use in constructions of this projection. The thesis is mainly devoted to anaglyphs and their creation by the tools of descriptive geometry - central projection and especially linear perspective. Types of anaglyphs, drawing of anaglyphs and the possibility of constructing anaglyphs by software are mentioned. The third chapter deals with stereometry and it uses anaglyphs to support the spatial imagination. There are two versions of the third chapter - each one uses different types of anaglyphs to show the same problems of stereometry. 3D red cyan glasses are enclosed to the thesis as well as a CD containing both versions of the thesis and two files showing the creation of anaglyphs. The thesis is meant to be used by teachers and students in teaching and studying stereometry.
Mirroring in a linear perspective.
Marková, Kateřina ; Hromadová, Jana (advisor) ; Šarounová, Alena (referee)
Title: Mirroring in a linear perspective Author: Kateřina Marková Department: Department of Mathematics Education Supervisor: RNDr. Jana Hromadová, Ph.D., Department of Mathematics Edu- cation Abstract: This text is intended especially for teachers and students of high schools and colleges who are interested in descriptive geometry. The thesis on the topic of mirroring in linear perspective presupposes basic knowledge of linear perspective. It includes short introduction into the topic of linear perspective and its basic terms, explanation of the principle of mirroring and clarification of constructions that are needed to solve tasks. Main part of the thesis is a problem book with solution. It contains examples on the topic of mirroring in linear perspective for all the basic mirror positions. Every task is supplied with step-by-step solution in the GeoGebra software and a PDF file. Another part of the thesis are photographs of different mirror positions in real life situations. Keywords: Linear perspective, mirroring, vertical, horizontal, sloping mirror
Geometric Principles of Photogrammetry
Frühbauer, František ; Surynková, Petra (advisor) ; Hromadová, Jana (referee)
The diploma thesis Geometric Principles of Photogrammetry deals with constructive photogrammetry and geometrical reconstruction of horizon- tal and oblique image. The paper also contains a chapter on photogrammetry as a subject of science and a chapter on three-point perspective. Graphical me- thods for reconstruction of individual images are used. At the end, the thesis deals with the geometric reconstruction of two images and the reconstruction of the image using the computational software. The thesis is intended for students of technical and some of the natural science universities, students of grammar schools and technical high schools and to all who are interested in photogram- metry. The main part of the diploma thesis is elaborated in the form of solved examples and provides instructions for an extension of the descriptive geometry education at high schools and universities. The text of the work is complemented by a number of pictures and spatial visualizations that were created in a modern 3D modeling software and form a substantial contribution of the thesis.
Virtuality and Construction of New Visuality
Hunčovská, Hana ; Fišerová, Michaela (advisor) ; Černý, Vladimír (referee)
This dissertation focuses on the problematic of the use of specific virtual representational methods and their influence on the construction of the new visuality. The aim of this dissertation is to show how computer simulations and visualizations used in medical imaging change the way of our apprehension of the world. Nowadays, within academic circles we witness both optimistic and sceptic theories concerning the effects of integration of computer technology and human apprehension. In this work we would like to answer the question about the type of knowledge we gain through virtual visualizations and we would like to prove that virtual simulations don't necessarily have to be a threat but, on the contrary, by developing visual imagination they can support new, creative apprehension of reality. Key words Linear perspective, logic of database, narrative, rhizome, scopic regime, simulation, simulacrum, virtuality, vision, visuality, visualization
Leonardo and geometry
Pajerová, Nikola ; Šarounová, Alena (advisor) ; Surynková, Petra (referee)
This bachelor thesis deals with geometrical creation of Leonardo da Vinci. History of pavement and polyhedra is summarized in here. The description of construction of the two pavement's position and eight-point construction are covered in this thesis. The charasteristics and relations among every single regular, semiregular and star-shaped polyhedra are mentioned here too. In the last chapter there is mentioned the Leonardo da Vinci's biography and mention of his codices. This chapter is also concentrated on the pavement and reconstruction of linear perspective in some of his pictures and also on comparison Leonardo's pictures of polyhedra with real image of the solid in fixed position and large in linear perspective. Teachers can find here theme for their creation in programmes GeoGebra and Rhinoceros, where the reconstruction of linear perspective, ellipses and polyhedra are reconstructed.
